Standard Bone-In Cuts

The meat is portioned into manageable, traditional bone-in blocks. This sizing fits perfectly into home cookware while fully preserving the rich bone marrow for deeply nutritious, slow-cooked broths and curries.

Live vs. Take-Home Weight

It is important to understand that the final packaged meat you take home will be approximately 50% of the animal's live weight. This is the standard industry yield after processing.
