Senior Care Workforce Program

Senior Care Workforce Program

Building Careers, Strengthening Communities

Program Vision

To develop a compassionate, skilled, and certified workforce capable of operating and managing Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Senior Care Homes, and Community Wellness Centers, addressing the growing demand for elderly care services across the Mid-South.

GrowShare Capital is committed to fostering sustainable community development by empowering local residents through workforce training, job creation, and social impact initiatives. Our Senior Care Workforce Partnership Program aims to equip individuals with the skills, knowledge, and certifications needed to manage and provide quality care for seniors — while strengthening families, supporting nonprofit missions, and revitalizing communities.

Core Objectives

Training and Certification

Collaborate with nonprofit partners to recruit and train candidates for state-approved Assisted Living and Caregiver Certification programs (TN, MS, AL, AR). Curriculum includes senior health, facility operations, safety protocols, and compassionate communication.

Job Creation and Placement

Graduates will be connected to direct employment or entrepreneurship opportunities in senior homes, assisted living facilities, in-home care providers, and community wellness centers.

Community Impact

Reduce unemployment through skill-based certification, expand culturally sensitive senior care services in underserved communities, and strengthen intergenerational care models through community-based collaboration.
