It is 100% fresh, never frozen. The cattle is processed at an independent partner facility, professionally cut, packed, and independent couriers drive it straight to Memphis in a refrigerated truck. You get fresh beef that is ready to cook right away or freeze at home.

The independent partner processing centers employ traditional butchery methods designed to maximize freshness, minimize waste, and ensure absolute fairness. The independent processors strictly provide standard bone-in cuts and do not offer custom or boneless cuts at this time.

• Standard Bone-In Cuts:The beef is portioned into manageable, traditional bone-in blocks. This sizing fits perfectly into home cookware while fully preserving the rich bone marrow for deeply nutritious, slow-cooked broths and curries.
• Qurbani Udhiya Style Distribution:Following the traditional Qurbani Udhiya style, all 16 shares are equally distributed from every part of the cattle. Because this is a cooperative purchase, the entire yield is divided so every family receives the exact same high-quality assortment of bone-in beef and offal from the whole animal.

It is important to understand the difference between Live Weight and final Take-Home Weight. The final packaged beef you take home will be approximately 50% of the animal's live weight (standard industry yield after processing).

• 1/16th Beef Share: ~30 to 35 lbs of take-home beef.

This weight includes your complete allocation of bone-in cuts and traditional offal. The 1/16th beef share is specifically designed to fit easily into a standard kitchen refrigerator/freezer combination without requiring a dedicated chest freezer!

Because the community is pooling resources together, you skip the grocery store markups. You will receive a transparent invoice based on the actual farm cost of the animal at harvest.

For example, a single 1/16th Beef Share is estimated to cost roughly ~$7.00 – $8.95 per pound. Please note that the price per pound is an estimate; the final cost depends entirely on the exact farm price and the final cattle yield. You don't need to pay anything today. No upfront payment is required to save your spot. Once the community reserves enough shares, the independent farmers will get to work, and our platform will generate your final processing invoice.

If your payment arrives after the current herd has already reached capacity, your spot will be seamlessly transferred to the very next herd in line, or you can request an immediate 100% full refund of your payment.

All orders will be distributed via a single, central Community Pickup directly at Masjeed As Salam Social Services. Our platform operations desk will notify you via the WhatsApp group with the exact date and time the independent truck will arrive so you can comfortably pick up your fresh beef.
