The Process

How It Works

1. Pre-Book

Submit your details. Our team will contact you to request a $100 pre-booking payment per animal to officially lock in your spot in the community.

2. Source Lock-in

We continuously formalize our sheep and goat sourcing from local Tennessee farmers as pre-booking payments arrive, ensuring capacity.

3. Processing

During Eid weekend, our private team strictly handles the Halal slaughter and standard cutting at our slaughterhouse.

4. Distribution

Pick up from Orr Rd, opt for free home delivery (Primary Zone: Arlington, Lakeland, Bartlett, Cordova, Germantown), or pickup at Al-Aqsa Market.

Allocations are strictly first-come, first-served for the Memphis community. Please complete the pre-booking form to reserve your animal. A $100 pre-booking payment will be requested upon submission to finalize your lock-in.

Please note: To ensure the highest quality standards, our 2026 Memphis offering is exclusively dedicated to premium whole sheep and goat Udhiyas. Cattle shares are not available at this facility.

For this year’s Memphis Udhiya offering, we are exclusively focusing on premium, grass-fed, locally sourced flocks: • Large Sheep: 80 to 110 lb live weight • Goats: 40 to 50 lb live weight Please note that cattle are NOT available at this facility.

How much is the pre-booking amount and how do we pay?

A $100 pre-booking payment per animal is required to secure your allocation. After you submit the form, our team will contact you to collect the payment. Because this is a farm-direct community initiative, we proudly accept payments via Zelle or written Cheque to avoid massive credit card fees. Once exact sourcing costs are finalized, any remaining balance will be requested prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.

Does submitting the form guarantee my animal?

No. Simply submitting the pre-booking form does not reserve your spot. Your Udhiya is only guaranteed once your full $100 pre-booking payment is received. Allocations are granted strictly on a first-to-pay basis, so we highly recommend sending your payment promptly once our team contacts you.

Where will the Udhiya be held and picked up?

The harvest will be held at our private Memphis community facility immediately following the Eid ul Adha prayer. You can pick up your meat directly from our facility at: 900 Orr Rd. (Exit 28), Arlington, TN 38002. Additionally, the Memphis team provides free home delivery within our Primary Zone (0 to 20 mins), covering Arlington, Lakeland, Bartlett, Cordova, and Germantown. We also offer pickup at Al-Aqsa International Market on the second or third day of Eid. Please make sure to notify our team of your preferred option (Orr Rd, Home Delivery, or Al-Aqsa Market) via WhatsApp or Email when we contact you to confirm your order.

What are my options for meat processing?

To keep our process highly efficient, we offer two standardized processing options at absolutely no additional cost: • Large Chunks (Whole/Halved): Unprocessed larger portions, available for pickup on the same day. • Small Pieces: Professionally cut into ready-to-cook pieces, available for pickup/delivery on the 2nd or 3rd day of Eid.

Can I witness or perform the slaughter myself?

Absolutely! Fulfilling the tradition of witnessing your Udhiya is highly encouraged. The Halal slaughter will be led by our qualified team, and you are more than welcome to be present or perform it yourself if you are experienced.
